Pretty Paperchase Birthday Cards!

Doodle Moods Cloud Birthday Card

Have I mentioned before how much I LOVE Paperchase?! "Yes" I hear you cry, in fact I rarely miss an opportunity to profess my love for all things Paperchase! I recently perused their card collection to purchase some of their lovely cards and here are some of my favourites... oh and may I just say it is merely a coincidence that I am blogging about lovely cards when it is exactly a week from my own birthday, definitely not a coincidence...

January Sales - Asos Dresses

Well it's that time again folks... my student loan has come through... and just in time for some January sale shopping too! So I immediately started browsing the sales online (of course, I will leave some money aside for rent, food etc... maybe) and discovered that ASOS has some gorgeous dresses in their sale. Here are some of my favourites!

Yumi Floral Lace Empire Sundress
Was £45
Now £22
I love the colour and design of this dress. It's really pretty and perfect for a sunny day - Ok, so a sunny day may be months away and it's only January, but It's worth buying it now in the sales and stashing it away until Summer!

Traffic People Printed Bandeau Dress
Was £55
Now £28
I love the print on this dress, with the little owls and trees, very cute!

Dhalia Floral Dress With Crochet Collar
Was £55
Now £27.50
Although you can't see it very well in this photo of the dress, it has a really cute little crocheted collar which gives it something a little bit different.

Cute Mini Cupcakes in Camden!

On a recent visit to Camden Horse Market I stumbled across a delightful little stand selling the most amazing little mini cupcakes. They were really reasonably priced and very cute. I was so caught up in choosing which ones I wanted that I neglected to note down the name of the cupcake stand, but if you are visiting the Horse market any time soon, keep an eye out for pretty little cupcakes...

They sold three different flavours of cupcakes: lemon, vanilla, and chocolate. We bought four different mini cupcakes and they were popped into a lovely little egg box for us to take away and enjoy.

Dollydagger - Rob Ryan Beautifully Cute Cards

I stumbled across these lovely cards on Dollydagger's website They are designed by Rob Ryan for Roger le Borde and each and every one of them are adorable! The design is beautifully intricate and laser-cut. I am sorely tempted to buy some and frame them! Each card costs £2.35 (an absolute bargain in my opinion!) and while you are on the Dollydagger website buying cards, why not buy a gorgeous little polka dot gift box too!

Dollydagger - Gorgeous Retro Style Dresses - Floral, Forties and Frills!

I just love Dollydagger, I love their retro styled dresses and their cute and quirky accessories. They stock a range of vintage inspired styles from the forties style Stop Staring dresses to 80's style prom dresses and a little bit of fifties Rockabilly in between! Here are three dresses that I am currently loving from the Dollydagger website...

I absolutely LOVE this dress!! Scarlet English Rose Dress for £130 Apparently the skirt has a whopping 5m of fabric to give it that beautiful very fifties shape. Love it!

Cherry Red Obsession Dress by Stop Staring for £163 I love the pleated waist-band and curve-hugging skirt... even if those two things don't necessarily love me! Even though it doesn't suit my body shape, it doesn't stop me loving it.

Red Star Print Party Dress for £55 this adorable dress comes with detachable straps (which is good for me, I can't wear strapless dresses) and in 5 different colours. Perfect for an upcoming party! I love the look of the this dress with a gorgeous frilly petticoat peeping out of the bottom.

Vintage Style Jewellery - Clocks, Carousels, Owls and Cuckoos!

On my recent escapades in the lovely city of Brighton I bought myself a few pretty things, it's the summer after all and come the next academic year I won't be able to afford to! I bought two polka dot dresses (which will no doubt feature in my next blog) and these two gorgeous necklaces! The white heart necklace has a cute fully functioning clock too...

The pink rose locket for £3 and pearl heart watch pendant for £5 both from New Look

My lovely buys made me think of the beautiful jewellery available on Little Deer's website I love the vintage style and quirkiness of every piece! There are some truly lovely vintage dresses on their site for sale too, which I recommend you check out!

She Draws - Cute and Quirky Jewellery

Laura Figiel, AKA She Draws, is someone I have recently discovered on Twitter, and I'm so very glad I did! After visiting her She Draws Etsy Shop I have fallen in love with her creations. She makes stationary, t-shirts, and accessories, but above all I love her jewellery. I genuinely want every piece! It's really cute, quirky and distinctive.
