This Calls For A Celebration!!!

Well, I can't believe this day has finally come! I have officially finished my final exams and uni is over! These four years have been filled with hard work, fun, and some lovely people! It's incredibly sad that I'm going to be moving away from my new friends...

It is also rather exciting too at the same time... it's a double celebration as I've secured my very first teaching post for September! I just cannot wait until I have my very own class to teach! It makes all of the hard work over the past four years while I trained for QTS and studied for my degree totally worth it!

Pate with plum chutney and granary toast

Chicken roulade stuffed with goats cheese wrapped in pancetta, with potatoes and vegetables

Chocolate torte with raspberry coulis and cream

I've got lots to look forward to over the summer... on Tuesday I will be going to Gambia, with the other two lovely ladies in the photo above, to do some charity work in a primary school in Bijilo. After Gambia I'm off to Poland to teach in a summer school in Krakow too: something that I'm incredibly excited about, and then I've got the remainder of the summer to prepare for September and relax! How will you be spending your summer?

Pip's shoes were amazing! Such a gorgeous colour... and check out those bows!

:O those shoes are gorgeous! I've just handed in all my uni work, we have our end of year show soon, and then graduation. It's scary how quick it all goes past isnt it? :s x
